【摘要】新《檔案法》的出臺(tái)從社會(huì)氛圍、檔案資源、檔案開放和現(xiàn)實(shí)保障等方面為我國(guó)檔案眾包帶來了發(fā)展機(jī)遇。但目前我國(guó)開展檔案眾包仍面臨互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維和理念欠缺、檔案眾包內(nèi)容不均衡、公眾參與激勵(lì)方式單一、政策法規(guī)制度保障不夠、眾包平臺(tái)建設(shè)不足等現(xiàn)實(shí)障礙。我國(guó)檔案部門應(yīng)抓住時(shí)代機(jī)遇，從社會(huì)宣傳、眾包內(nèi)容、群體激勵(lì)、政策法規(guī)和平臺(tái)建設(shè)方面進(jìn)行探索，加快推動(dòng)檔案眾包進(jìn)程，助力檔案治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化。

Development Opportunities, Obstacles and Paths of Archives Crowdsourcing in China

under the Background of the Revised Archives Law of the People's Republic of China

Abstract: The promulgation of the Revised Archives Law has brought development opportunities for archives crowdsourcing in terms of the social atmosphere, archives resources, archives opening and realistic guarantees. However, at present, China's archives crowdsourcing still faces practical obstacles, such as the lack of Internet thinking and concept, unbalanced content of archival crowdsourcing, single incentive mode of public participation, insufficient guarantee of policies and regulations, and insufficient development of crowdsourcing platforms. The archival departments in China should seize the opportunity of the times and explore paths from the aspects of social publicity, crowdsourcing content, group incentives, policies and regulations and platform development, so as to accelerate the process of archival crowdsourcing and facilitate the modernization of archival administration system and administration capacity.
